Lizzy mentioned that she was leaning in this direction. In the interest of simplicity and cost, I am tempted to do so also. Between all of us, the extra weight of fuel probably won't be that bad, and overall they seem quite user-friendly. And as Boo-Boo pointed out, it's a more environmentally friendly fuel source.

Seems like a pretty good list. I disagree with him on ground cloths and maybe a book, but overall sounds like productive advice.

This guy lays out a pretty comprehensive guide to what towns are worth stopping in, where you should buy vs. mail drop, and where the hostels are cool. Only problem is it's NOBO, so we'd have to reverse it. Sounds like he's hiked this thing A LOT...kinda crazy.
